    Can someone take a look at the vacant lot at 457~ W Roscoe and see what can be done here? The owner does maintain the lot but very poorly, maybe twice a year the 5′ tall weeds get cut. as far as i can tell the owner lives in bridgeport and maybe inherited the property which had a house that was torn down a few years ago on it.
