Featured Again

DNAChicago

The Belmont Open Space Initiative has been featured again, this time in DNAinfo.com Chicago.  The City of Chicago was recently added to the DNAinfo.com  list of publications.  I highly recommend this site for great neighborhood news.  Special thanks to Victoria Johnson for featuring The Belmont Open Space Initiative.

Mission

The Belmont Open Space Initiative is an attempt to reclaim the vacant lots along Chicago’s Belmont Avenue between Ashland and Kedzie. It is our goal to restore the dilapidated plots into healthy natural urban environments accessible to the community.
